Back in 1948, Ole Kirk Kristiansen and his workshop had just started producing a variety of wooden gadgets. Later, in 1958, they built a major improvement with the advantages of what is known mainly because the “stud and coupling system”, which usually ensures that every single Lego brick fits with any other brick. These two essential iterations happen to be why Lego sets generated 40 years earlier still interlock seamlessly with those crafted today.
